Are you looking to lose some unwanted bodyweight? Gain confidence in the gym, improve your fitness levels or build muscle and increase strength?

 

I can give you the platform to do this by providing you with a fully tailored programme for you to follow in your own time with full support from myself. You can work around your lifestyle and fit in the sessions when best suits you. Everything is done online so no expensive and time-restricted one to one sessions.

I’ve been seeing Sam for 5 months now, and he’s everything you could want from a PT. As someone with prior injuries, I’d done a lot of rehab and physio for various things, and was happy doing regular cardio workouts, but felt very nervous when it came to strength training especially lifting any amount of weight.

Sam has helped me massively gain confidence in all of these areas, to the point where I can now independently go to the gym and use a variety of equipment on my own, even deadlifts - which I now love! (most of the time!)

I still see Sam for a weekly training session, as the workouts provide structure and challenge to my routine, and to be honest are just a lot of fun!

Sam has a huge amount of knowledge regarding different muscle groups and how best to train them, plus he provides clear explanations about the mechanics of each exercise, and it’s great to learn from someone so passionate about what they do.
