Why should I use an online personal trainer?

If you’re considering getting a personal trainer, here a few reasons why an online trainer might be the best option for you.

· Time. No-one has enough of it and with an online personal trainer, you can work around your schedule. No waiting around for slots to open or schedules that clash meaning you're not getting the help you deserve. Work out around your busy lifestyle by fitting in workouts where they best suit you. Perhaps you work nights or awkward shifts and struggle to find the help you need.

· It’s cheaper. Online training programmes are often significantly cheaper than having multiple face-to-face sessions and with no time restraints and constant support available to keep you in the right direction.

· Confidence. If you’re new to the gym or find it difficult working out under someone’s gaze, this allows you to focus on you without worrying that someone is watching or judging you.

· Programmes and individual sessions that are tailor made to you. Prefer to exercise at home with basic equipment and body weight exercises? Then that's what you can do and receive a workout plan based around getting the most of what suits you.
